Good tool for making bhakhari and khakhra
It is a good tool to make two type of gujarati chapattis. One is made from left over rotis of previous day, where you need to apply pressure to make them crispy. Another type, we call it bhakhari which is thick and made from mixed wheat floor and having thickness of almost tandoori roti, made in Punjab. To make bhakharis also you need to apply pressure and being a single wooden piece it becomes easy. However there is a limitation , as the top of the product is not smooth so difficult to make.

Chimpta is not good. Quality is decent. but edge is not that slim to flip rotis. Datta is okay.
