Pretty good
Works great. High volume will use up its battery in half hour. So keep the volume down. Then it lasts for at least a few hours. Dont plan on using this all the time. It puts a little bit of pressure on your ear which will give you a headache if you use it a lot. And it's tricky to get both earpieces in. So plan on one ear only.To get an earpiece in, you have to turn your ear to the sky and hang upside down a little bit. Always do this over a hard floor cause sometimes it doesn't go in and it might fall and get lost.To get it out, put one of the bigger magnets on the end of the tool and SLOWLY bring it towards your ear. The earpiece will literally come flying out.

I give this three stars because it is cheaply made, about the quality of a toy. It does exactly what it says it does and has great clarity for this type of instrument. When I received mine it was split in two. Fortunately I was able to snap it back together. All in all it is a good product, I just wish they had put some pride into the quality of the design and outward appearance as it feels very cheap.

I hate fake review this one is not.
For what it is it's amazing it works very well and With some slight mods it works even better it can also be made to work with other induction coils remotely I'm so glad I got to witness this tech.And this is a real review I am not being paid to write this I hate fake reviews and I figured the best way to combat then is to leave real ones on good products.i will add it is a little strange and can be scary at first but once you get used to it it's awesome this would be great as a hearing aid for hearing loss because it attaches itself directly to the eardrum. Thank you.

It was extremely painful and I got vertigo
Long story short, the ear piece got stuck in my ear. I couldn't get it out as instructed. I had to go to the ER. It was extremely painful and I got vertigo. I was so worried that the probing that they did in the ER would cause permanent ear damage. I don't recommend this product. I think your hearing is more important than this product. Plus you don't want to end up with a big ER bill. Save your money and your hearing. I found out that vertigo was not fun. Karen
