This is a great product. I am recovering from a sinuplasty surgery and my Ear Nose & Throat Dr. recommended this. Not sure what is different from a regular saline, but it works well. I have had issues with sinus problems for years, and doing a regular rinse helps immensely.Pro's* works well.* Use this in conjunction with a Nelimed bottle. ( I am not affiliated with Nelimed or receive compensation). The Bottle works way better than the Neti Pot. Why? I asked my Dr. the same thing. The Neti Pot doesn't get up far enough in your sinus cavity. The Bottle shoots is up there very well.Con's* Cost. I think it is a little expensive for what you are getting.* It can burn a little bit.Overall, I would recommend this product.=============================UPDATE 8/2/2016=============================After pulling out of my second sinus infection for the year, I have to say that this stuff is a miracle worker. You need to do this twice a day for at least a week or two and you will get better. I used this in conjunction with Flonase (now with no prescription) and believe that this was the best combination to help me.

Doctor recommended for issues I was having with fungal sinusitis. Has really helped me a lot. I will continue to use.

This sinus/nasal rinse is the best. It is a great help during the spring and summer allergy seasons and while treating a sinus infection.

Works a lot better than the saline solution I was using. Made breathing much easier all night with no side effects
