Excellent high quality product and efficient service. Balloon glass was expected size and glass was a good quality and thickness, not flimsy like some I have seen. Engraving was exactly as expected and I was also impressed by the wide range of designs to choose from. Delivery took a couple of weeks but I think this is to be expected as personalised and also ordered during lockdown. Order was delivered within stated timescale and packaging was adequate to protect from breakages. Item was a 30th birthday gift and was very well received. I highly recommend and I would order again.

Nice thick glass, good engraving. Only a couple of gripes, glass was pretty grubby- easily solved by washing it ! and a pity it doesn’t come in a gift box. But nevertheless, worthy of 5 stars for the quality and price for a personalised item Also arrived very quickly.
