The hitch receiver was shipped in a thick box and it arrived in perfect condition. I was out camping but the kind UPS delivery person even helped my elderly but fiesty Dad carry it in the house... Installation was quick and easy. I would estimate not even fifteen minutes of work - more like ten minutes - were required. It took me longer to run to the auto parts store to borrow a torque wrench. The hardware seems plenty strong. The nuts that were included have ridges to act like lock washers. All of the holes lined up tightly and accurately. It was so easy to install that I forgot to look at the directions! They were not even needed. This is a quality hitch receiver and the price was excellent. Curt is a great brand and Amazon has unbeatable prices.
