Sun West Organic Sprouted Medley Rice 4lbs.

I've scanned some of the reviews and I agree. This is the best rice I've ever eaten. Bought it at Costco. Managed to get a second bag and then never saw it again. Bummer!This is July 4th, 2023. I was scouting the boxes in my brother's barn to see what I could liberate something I am missing and find a place for in the new house—that holds about 1/5th of the old place! In an office box, I found my second bag of SunWest rice—empty, of course. I loved it so much I was going to try to track it down online. In those days I didn't rely on Amazon as I do now, so I fizzled out on my search. Maybe never even tried past taking the bag to Costco and begging they get more. I did do that!Do you want to know how long I've been hanging onto this bag, SunWest, Costco, and Amazon? The expiration date on it was Feb 08, 2017. For five and a half years I have been living in hope to taste this wonderful combination of Brown Japonica Rice, Long Grain Red Rice, and Heirloom Black Rice, all organic and sprouted. It is such a memorable flavor, that I am tasting it today as I write this.I will send this and hope it stirs someone into restarting the product—or restocking it. Don't think because it sounds so profoundly organic that no one but vegetarians will eat it. I'm a Montana girl who, when I forget a meal will just fry a frozen steak for dinner at 10 pm. No one will ever accuse me of healthy eating! But when I find something wonderful that I want to become a regular item in my food plan, I remember it. I remember longingly SunWest's Organic Sprouted Rice Medley.Let's get the mill rolling, and the trucks hauling, okay, guys? Feed those who are craving this blend and we will spread the word that it is available again!

This rice is absolutely the best tasting rice I've ever had in my life! It was recommended to me by a friend, so I purchased a bag at Costco. I wish I'd have bought at least 10 more bags, but by the time I tried it at home, Costco had sold out. The taste and texture are delicious--so much so that I've become obsessed with making recipes that incorporate this delicious ingredient!

This rice medley is delicious. I bought a bag at Costco and now can't find it anywhere to purchase. It is the BEST rice ever and sprouted rice is the most nutritional to eat.
