Defective Product
I will update this customer service portion of this review when I hear from the seller.It seems I got a defective device. While I realize it heats in zones, mine seems to do nothing even when left plugged in and turned on for an hour. It doesn't warm in any zone. It has a weird PVC pipe smell, but I suspect that would go away after it heats a few times. I had a sauna in a different form factor (the sitting one) but I like this lie down one better. Unfortunately it doesn't work so I had to request a return. Additionally, it's made for short people so be prepared to have your feet sticking out. I'm 5"6 and did not fit adequately or comfortably inside. Though that wasn't a huge problem for me, it may be to some.

The wiring in these blankets break or burn out after a few months. There is no support from the sellers. No one can tell me how long the warranty is for. I have bought 6 of this style of blanket from different sellers and had the same experience.

Unsatisfied
Terrible, first of the blanket is defective it didn't work at all. I contacted the seller who resent me out a blanket which took over 2 1/2 weeks to receive. Then when I plugged in the new blanket into the machine the machine was not working. So the bottom line is I have two blankets a machine and nothing works very unhappy unsatisfied customer .

Quit working after 6 months
I purchased this unit and it worked fine for about 6 months before the middle zone quit working. The warranty was no good. I would not recommend this sauna to anyone. If you're determined to purchase a sauna blanket check out Gizmo they seem to be a much more honorable company when it comes to the warranty.
