I have beginning macular degeneration. I was told by my Optometrist to take Lutein and vitamin AI find this tiny soft gel tablet is easily swallowed and absorbed. I can tell a difference when I takethis regularly. Any orange-colored fruits and veggies are great for you, but if you cannot eat some for whatever reason, then this soft gel is for you. Of course, eating the actual food is best, but if you can't, get these. It has 25K IU's and will do the trick.

I started taking this because regular vitamin A can be bad for the liver. I found this gentle on my stomach and I never had any issues with feeling sick or my skin turning orange. So far i really enjoy this product.
