Looks good, works well.
Arrived as expected. Mech installed it and it seems to be working fine. I like that it doesn't need to be calibrated but I"m a little gun-shy about how much is left in the tank when the last LED starts flashing (it's supposed to be around 1 US gal or just under 4 liters). I'll have to watch it and keep track of mileage/fuel usage for awhile until I'm comfortable with how many miles I've got left when the last LED starts flashing.I like the location of the LEDs on this gauge. My previous one had the LEDs on top and that could be distracting at time (plus it was a PITA to calibrate and I was never quite sure how much fuel I had left unless I physically checked the tank).I did buy the matching gas cap as well afterwards.(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008MATFZQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00)

Good luck trying to calibrate this piece of crap
yes, it looks great and is all nice and shiny. Yes, it's simple to install. You have to calibrate it before it will work and what a junky stupid thing to have to do. It involves shining a torch and putting your finger over a hole and then repeating , meanwhile keeping bike upright with less that 1/3 of a tank of fuel. I was surprised I didn't have to rub my tummy and pat my head at the same time.

Nice touch to the bike
I like the unit but setup and calibration require you to read the instructions a few times to understand the calibration process if you need to recalibrate. Basic install of the unit was very easy.

Piece of junk
Nice in the looks department and super nice chrome. Physical install is a snap with the provided instructions. Be aware, if riding on a sunny day and you pass through shade it will reset the calibration and you have no idea how much fuel you have. Main issue I have with it is the calibration. The written procedure is a hit or miss to actually get it to even go into calibration mode even though it has no problem with sun / shade dong it when you don't want it to. Would not recommend unless you want to learn a bunch of new curse words and begin a new drinking problem.

Great addition to the bike
Have had this on the bike now for a few months and I like the utility of the gauge. Easy to see warning light in any condition. The only problem is with the calibration. It is a bit confusing and you must have the exact amount of gasoline in the tank that you want for the warning light to come on when you calibrate it. Once calibrated properly it works well and is a nice addition to the bike.
