This really works, no mixing yourself!!!!
This is gives you unbelievable results. I've never had a body wrap that you do yourself. I have done in salons with no results so I was very skeptical. It is a little messy but you get much more efficient each round. I take a hot shower, I roll all bandages in the same way so I can unroll with the Velcro facing the correct way, I microwave them in water for 6-10 minutes, I rub clay on areas. Standing over a towel, I wring out bandage rolls (wear glove or protection so you don't burn hands), unroll one bandage at a time. Then I start wrapping. In the package, they give you a big plastic body suit but I prefer to just tightly wrap in plastic wrap. Keep a change of old clothes as they do get damp. Funny I thought it would be just water weight that returned soon after but it's not. The booklet explains that our cells are protected by fluid and over time you get an abundance of fluid to protect yourself from toxins. The fluid is not even which gives you the bumpy cellulite look. So the clay removes the toxins and the tightness of the wrap evens the fluid. I usually only do one 60 min session but I read that if you do a few in one day it makes a bigger difference. I did 3 60 minute wraps yesterday on my belly which was all dimply (49 yrs old with 2 pregnancies) and I woke up this morning with a huge difference. I just made yesterday a day of inside house chores while I wrapped. I wish I took a picture. It was soooo worth it! I am giving this review because I saw how others had so many and this only had one. The amount of clay they give you lasts years (for me anyways). I saw another for the same price and they give you 8 packets that you have to mix yourself. This is already in the clay form. I have mixed in coconut oil and Epson salt at times which I think gives it an added boost but I have not done any comparison studies.
