I gave this product one month to see a change in my skin. Sadly, I experienced nothing. Perhaps my body needed to use it for a longer period of time; nonetheless, one full month is what I’ll give any product I purchase.

I just received my order and of course have not had it long enuf to rate.But I am very disappointed in the quality control of the product. I was shorted 2 capsules out of a 30 count bottle.....which will probably persuade me to choose a different brand for my next order.

These are standard clear veggie capsules filled with powder. The directions say to take 1 capsule daily, but it doesn't give any more guidance. The first time I took these, it was on an empty stomach. I feel some nausea then, so since then I have been taking it with food and I have not had any issues. I do like that there are several different vitamins included in this supplement. I am not noticing any changes in the appearance of my skin, but my nails are seeming stronger. I do consistently use anti-aging serums and moisturizers already, so that is understandable. The bottle only comes with a 30 day supply. I would prefer a longer lasting supply.*I received these for free for the purpose of trying out & reviewing. My thoughts & opinions are my own.

I was extremely skeptical about this product, since there's a seemingly limitless number of skin care products pitched to the female beauty market. My hope was to slow down the normal age-related deterioration of my skin texture. These Phytoceramides from Saint Anna appeared to be no exception to the overblown skin-care product false claims. In particular, I saw internet ads with a famous TV "personality" hawking a product with a magic ingredient that seemed to be the very one contained in this product--neglecting to say her real beauty secret was extensive plastic surgery. Nevertheless I thought I'd give this skin supplement a try to see if I could give my nearly 50 year old skin some moisture from the inside--not topically. It actually works. By "works" I mean that my skin now has a noticeable sheen, indicating moisture has been introduced systemically. My original motivation to try this was that I noticed as I was getting older my skin, aside from showing the fine lines of age, was getting more fragile and thinner, less elastic, more prone to cracking and bleeding, especially if I had to work outdoors very much in the winter weather. While thisproduct does not eliminate aging lines on the face ,it will help give the skin an overall more healthy consistency--less like old age "parchment."Mission accomplished.
