this product faulty not working at all !!!!!

This receiver offers a lot of functionality for the money but the user interface is horrible. For example the list of services it finds combine DTV and DSAT into one list, and there's no way of sorting the DTV list by region or signal strength. I found a dozen instances of each station but there was no way of telling which ones were for my region or were actually strong enough to play. Sensitivity is poor, I estimate at least 10dB down compared with my TV, you need a really strong signal for good reception. Annoyingly if the devices is turned off, as opposed to standby, you have to go through part of the setup procedure when you turn it on again, selecting your country, TV screen capability etc etc although Wi-Fi credentials and scanned station list are retained.This receiver is incapable of playing "receiver mix" audio description, which is actually a requirement for DTT receivers in the UK, so anyone with a visual impairment will be unable to enjoy programmes broadcast on DTT. Instead of an "Audio Description" button, there is an "Audio" button which gives access to a choice of "languages". One of these is the programme sound, the other is the audio description, but the receiver is incapable of mixing the two at all, let alone in accordance with the gain ducking metadata as required for DTT receivers sold in the UK.

Absolute nightmare. You can’t scroll down within apps like Netflix or Now. You can only select what is on the screen in front of you. Total waste of money

I was only getting a handful of channels when I swapped out my sky box with this one. I had to buy a universal lnb to get all the freesat channels.

I returned this item because I could not record without a sertain add on it should have been said in the summery would not recommend

Sorry to say, I don't have anything good to say about this box. I only tried it with HD, goodness knows how jumpy and slow it would be with 4k. I should have known better than to expect anything useful for the price. I have made better attempts with a R-Pi 3 and a TV interface. Don't waste your time.

OK for the money, the epg is not as good as some. Every time you use it it only displays the guide for the current channel and when you scroll down to another channel, it changes to that channel to display that guide. Annoying!!!
