Perfect product, exactly what I wanted!
I received the Frag Pedal promptly and I like this product!I has a small box about the size 3/4 of the size of a credit card (the control box) that plugs into a USB port on your computer. The control box has a mini usb and the device comes with all the required cables.I purchased the dual Frag Pedals because I didn't think I would need the Quad setup.Let me be up front with you. I'm an MMO, MOBA, and FPS player. I am bad at each and everyone of those games. I mash buttons, I keyboard turn, and I panic when my pixel soldier gets shot at by other pixel soldiers. In MMO's I tend to only use a few abilities.Im currently have my frag pedal set up with the left pedal as the "shift" key and Im still undecided on the right pedal. This allows me to double my button use. I usually use four buttons of my Naga Hex (4-6, and one of the centerline buttons) and 1-5 on my keyboard. Now I can hit the pedal and use more abilities, it's definitely an adjustment but there's great potential here. I originally planned to use it for a Ventrillo Push to Talk key but found that I talk too much and put that back as a mouse button. The pedals are like clicking a mouse button with your feet they are not like pedal in your car. The pedal are very slim and low to the ground (but are adjustable). I think the quality is good. I wouldnt wear a steel toe boot and stomp on them but I think you can push them pretty hard. The software with the pedals is great! Very easy to use and qet up. I'm still wrapping my head around what I can use my pedals for. I tried having pedals for left and right click which was kind of cool!I think the possibilities are huge and the limiting factor is my imagination and practice. I tried a Razer MMO mouse (the one with 12 or 15 buttons on the side) and found I sucked at using it. I went to a Razer Naga Hex and found it suited to my style. Even then I don't tend to use all the buttons. The Frag Pedal is a great way to allow me to interact with games more. I can't wait to try it out in a FPS (Call of Duty, or DayZ/ARMA) to lean around walls.I think there's a lot you can do with these! Good price for the product, I'm happy with my purchase.

Didn't work properly out of the box, no response from vendor.
The right side seemed to function fine, the left side didn't always function when stepped on and didn't have any feedback (no movement, no click). Emails to the vendors support contact were not returned.Edit:Vendor finally responded after this review and sent me parts to fix the problem. During disassembly I found the problem - manufacturing tolerances were preventing the pedal from fully depressing the button.Pedal now works as it should

Excellent product
Excellent build quality, and works right out of the box. Installed the software to set keybinds and played a few rounds of Rainbow Six Siege. I bound them to be my lean left and lean right keys and they work excellently for it.My only complaint is I wish the footpedals were a little farther apart. I'm sitting with my legs pressed together to comfortably use the pedals. But it's not really a big complaint because I know the point of them being this compact is for scalability in case you want to upgrade to the quad footpedals, which I can confidently say that I will be!Edit: So I've owned these for several months now. I've moved houses with them, in fact. And they still work good as new. I have another brand's footpedals as well because they were cheaper and came with Prime shipping. However, I can say that you should not waste your time with the competition's pedals. These are the ones you want for gaming. Other footpedals seem to come with a huge spring where you need to press the pedal way far down before the button is "actuated" or "pressed." This actuation distance makes them virtually unusable for many things. These just go straight down with a click, just how you would want them to. Buy these.

Platform is too flimsy and not customizable enough
Let me first say that installation and customization was easy. Buttons are super responsive. Cables and everything are labeled correctly and go together well. Switches work great. This is advertised for gaming, however, and thats where it fails. If I was using it to hit shift or space bar while typing in MS word...perfect.Where it fails in gaming are the following areas:1) It is intended for use with a single foot. A gamer that is using a 2 button foot control pad is going to want to use one foot for each pedal. It doesnt work with this device.2) The reason it doesnt work is the footpad is too small. Theres nowhere to rest both your feet to wait to press the button. Resting the arch of your foot on the floor and over the hump of the edge of the foot pad is uncomfortable.3) The foot pad is also too light and doesnt work on capet. Trying to hunt for this thing on the floor mid game because you went to use it and it slid across the carpet is no go. Needs the option included of carpet spikes to secure it well (like speakers secure on carpet). If the footpad base was setup for gaming, this thing might be amazing. But I didnt want to go modifying it before the return period was up.
