BIU JEE By Gary Lam

Gary lam is one of my sifu's sifus. I want to learn all I can about my process, so I figure Gary lam will help add insight since he is part of my teaching lineage. In this video, sifu lam explains some of the misconceptions about biu jee and demonstrates the form gracefully and effortlessly. I do recommend a viewer that can slow down the video speed because the exact movements are important and there are many simultaneous movements to be seen... hands, body, feet, timing etc. I slowed it down plenty of times. The applications of biu jee are presented in a clear way. During this process sifu lam is at his best. I enjoyed watching his demonstrations with his partner.All in all, a valuable resource from a sifu who has fighting experience. I enjoy sifu Lam's relaxed teaching style from his back yard. It is relaxed but focused, as wing Chun should be.

All the moves explained well with the applications . Very nicely done by one of the best Sifus out there !
