I Have a drop foot from an accident. I am using these with a pair of penny loafers. I love it because it has a substantial ankle wrap and when I wear it I hardly know I'm wearing it. It keeps my foot up but still allows me to press on the gas pedal when driving. Definitely something to recommend.

This works with tennis shoes really well to keep your foot straight, however, I think most people will need help in putting it on, not easy to clip on the front shoelace holes, and the Velcro around the ankle has to be just right, so it’s good if you have someone to help you otherwise it will not work Unless you can use both of your hands really well

This little device has avoided several falls as it keeps the toes from getting stuck while walking - especially helpful for folks dealing with foot drop from MS or strokes or other related disorders. Adjustable fit and good quality.
