Excellent results and easy to use
After a completely failed attempt baking puff pastry tarts on my normal baking tray (the usual - sticking, burnt pastry on the sides but soggy filling on the inside), I decided to invest in one of these Smarter Baking mats after hearing about them from a friend. I have to say, I'm extremely impressed. Really reasonable price, and excellent results. The best thing about the mat is the ease of use - your food doesn't stick and instead of having to scrub it in boiling hot water, you just give it a wipe with some soapy water and you're done. Plus, it's very easy to store as it's a thin, malleable material - so doesn't take up any room at all in my already cluttered kitchen. Old, stained baking trays out - new, non-stick, Smarter Baking mat IN!

Amazed!
I've loved using this silicone baking mat!! What a neat concept. I've baked pizza, cookies, and a baguette on it so far. I needed no oil spray, and no spatula to pry them from the pan! They just slide right off the mat. Amazed.😃I received this product for a promo price in exchange for my honest feedback.

This is a great silicone baking mat. It fit perfectly in my half sheet pan and everything baked up evenly and better than it does on parchment paper and with cooking oil. Plus, using the silicone baking mat, means I do not have to use cooking spray or waste parchment paper, saving me money (and calories with the cooking spray). I can tell it is made to last, and even after multiple uses, shows absolutely no signs of use or wear. I love that it is reusable because it saves money on not having to purchase parchment paper or cooking spray.Cleaning it was so easy, I just used soap and water with a sponge, rinsed in the sink and allow it to air dry. It rolls up, or folds for can even be stored flat. Giving you plenty of options of where to store it. I store mine actually on my baking pan because it doesn't come off, it sort of just adheres to it naturally.It can handle temperatures of -40 to 480F, so I can take my baked item out of the oven and transfer it to the fridge without having to remove my items from the mat. I love that.So what do I dislike about it? I wish it came in lots of different sizes, because as a food blogger, I have lots of pans and it would be great to have different sizes to fit them all. Has anyone ever thought to make one for a round cake pan? That would be fantastic! haha!

I used this baking mat twice, once to bake ...
I used this baking mat twice, once to bake fish and another to bake cookies. Both times the food came cleanly off the mat with ease.The only thing I have in terms of critique is that I baked the fish 3 days before the cookies and washed it well, submerging and scrubbing in soapy water in between uses. Unfortunately, the first batch of cookies came out with a fishy odor and flavor. I washed again then baked another batch which also had the same problem.In the future I'd probably dedicate the mats to baked goods only.

Perfect!
I received this product for free for a review. All opinions are 100% my own.I have never used a silicone baking mat before. I typically bathe my cookies sheets in non-stick spray, and pretty much hope for the best. The majority of the time, the edges are burned and the cookies still stick. I wasn’t entirely sure how the mat would work, but figures that any improvement, however slight, would be great.I gave the baking mat a quick wash before using it the first time. I made 2 dozen chocolate chip cookies (2 batches of 12). I preheated and baked as normal, and then readied myself to see if the cookies would stick or not. Once I pulled the cookies out, I let them cool for a minute or two. To my amazement, the cookies came right off. I able to slide them easily around on the mat with no problem what-so-ever. I didn’t even need the spatula…I just used my fingers. The mat is really hot though, so try not to touch it. The cookies themselves came out perfectly & tasted wonderful. But, they ended up not lasting too long. My sister-in-law came over with her boyfriend and one of her friends, and the three of them devoured all of them in about 10 minutes.Overall, I love the baking mat and highly recommend it.

one of my favorite for sure
Ever since I started using silicone baking mats a few years ago, I can't be without them! I've given them as gifts to a few family members and they are all converts too. The ease in cleaning, evenness in cooking and non-stick properties just can't be beat! This particular mat has been one of my favorites... it's the perfect size for my pan and still looks brand new after repeated uses. Some of my mats have discolored over time but this one cleans up nicely. It's a permanent fixture in my baking rotation. I was able to purchase this at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

I couldn't believe how amazing it worked
I got this mat just last week and I immediately made chocolate chip cookies on it. I couldn't believe how amazing it worked! The cookies came out perfectly brown and were just delicious. I am so happy with this product that I've been making dinners that require me to use a baking sheet. I made panko crusted tilapia last night and used this mat, the fish came off super easily unlike how it does on a foil lined baking sheet. Great product! Also, the customer service was the best I've ever experienced. They really care about their public image and will work diligently to make sure you are happy with your product.

quick and very easy to clean
Pro's: quick and very easy to clean, I used a gluten free cookie recipe which can sometimes stick more than other recipes, and a spatula took the cookies off with ease. Seems very durable and I'm looking forward to using it again in replace of the parchment paper that is not reusable. Sticks to pan well for holding in place unlike parchment paper and comes off with ease to reveal a clean cookie sheet!Con's: If I had to be really really really picky and try and find something to complain about it would be that it's a hair to short and a hair to wide for my baking sheet but really it didn't matter and worked GREAT!!!
