If your looking for a spa then this should be the one you get easy to set up the manual isn’t very helpful I found but I sent a email to the company asking a few questions and they reply within 24 hours do t keep looking at your smart meter tho costs about a £1 a day to run

Can’t fold this hot tub so far, we had another well known brand before which broke down within 2 days, this one was easy to set up and has been used frequently and we love it.Delivery was super fast and I would definitely recommend it. I struggled with the traditional filter and would recommend the screw in filter, so much better.

It stays red when heating manually, then flashes red. Does this mean its reached the 'set' temperature? If so do you then turn it off, as the pump unit continues making the same noise. I did this, but the unit does not then re-heat after dropping below 2 degrees. Any advice on how to maintain the heat would be appreciated.

Absolute pile of rubbish. Paid nearly £500 for this and it barely heats up. The instructions to inflate say press the inflation button, but dont tell you where that is. I had to look on youtube. It leaks and is so small!!! I got the two to four person one for me and my wife. I can barely fit in it myself, so no romantic evenings in the hot tub for us. Might fit two kids if they keep still. Four people, no chance. Cant even get two in there comfortably. Perhaps they are called CosySpa because you have to sit on each others lap.The customer service is a joke. Tried phoning, doesnt work.THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. Total waste of £500. (I bought the lid too)Do yourself a favour and dont buy this rubbish.

Had a few issues with our hot tub, but were resolved extremely quickly and we are really happy with the customer service. Great company to buy from and would recommend!

It does take a while to heat up but if you keep it on and turn down temp its more efficient.Get the inflatable lid, it helps to keep more heat in.

Arrived very promptly, easy to assemble, and then just sit back and enjoy.

This description says that it has a rapid heat retention system, this is just a lie. It takes forever to heat up, it doesn't hold its heat when in the hot tub, especially when you have the jets on. I had the jets on for 10 minutes and the temperature went down by from 40 to 37 degrees and after a further 20 minutes it was still at 37. The only reason I gave it 1 star was due to delivery (arrived early).
