When I received this I was so hopeful that it was perfect! The image was perfect, it was very deep to hold quite a few meds etc. However, it didn't stay closed, it was easily opened. I had pills everywhere in my purse. I do not feel I am rough with my purse, I do not have a ton of things in it either so for it to open so often was very disappointing. I hated the fact I had to return it. I guess I will get a zip-up pill container instead.

It's really nicely made and looks great. I only have one issue, but I have a feeling this is an issue that is not unique to this product. The size of the pill case is perfect, not too small, and not too bulky, however when you have 3 compartments on the inside, the compartments are small. So, if you are taking any large pills, you can't fit many in 1 compartment, and if you are taking really small pills, it's kind of hard to try and reach in and grab just 1 pill. So, I end up just dumping all the pills out, and picking out the the pill I need, then putting them back in the case! So, I'd be better off if there were no compartments. But I do have kinda large hands/fingers, so it may not be a problem if you have skinny fingers.

I loved the color it's very pretty. I had my pills in the container tightly closed (I checked it) and when I went to take my meds a few days later the container had opened and pills were everywhere. The latch isn't tight enough to keep it closed. I would not purchase this again and don't recommend it.

I Got The Beautiful Butterfly Pillbox. It's The Perfect Size For Me. NOTE: It May Be Too Small For Some. Read The Sizes......I Use Mine To Carry Extra Medication, Just In Case I Need It While I'm Out. It's Very Sturdy. Very Well Made. The Design On The Top Is Clear, Meaning The Image Is Not Blurry. Push Button Open. Easy To Close. I Bought This For Myself. My Dad Has Bad Arthritis & Even Tho It Would Be Very Easy For Him To Open & Close, The Compartments Would Be Too Small For His Fingers. The Inside Has 3 Inside Compartments, Which Are The Perfect Size For Me. Each Compartment Is The Same Size & Cannot Be Moved. I Have Zero Complaints & Would Definitely Buy Again.

Its so cute, one of my children stole it out my purse thinking it was a toy. Never saw it again. So yeah, it’s useful, playful, and convenient. Should probably stay away from the emoji one if you have kids. It’s way too appealing to them.

Split into three compartments, each compartment is roomy. Large enough for a couple of multi-vitamin sized pills in each compartment.

I really like this pillbox. It is sturdy and compact, which is what I wanted. I don't carry a lot of pills, so this is just right for my needs. It far exceeded my expectations.

I like having ibuprofen in my purse with me and this is a perfect storage for it. It’s deep enough to keep many and cute enough to keep with me. There are three different seconds for other pills as well.
