My granddaughter loves her gift, she loves doing this. Im a grandma this was my way of asking her to stop writing on her hands with markers. The henna has a curing process it goes through and lasts about a 7-10 days. Its a great way to introduce a more artistic way of body decorations, and also show a different cultures that do this. So I look at it as being both educational and creative. Definitely recommend this product.

I love using this henna I did a lot of research before I got it and I'm glad I did. Definitely recommend it to beginners. I love how it stained. I just bought a second box. I get the box of 6 for myself and they last a good while. Have fun with henna!!!! Also always make sure it to a skin test!!!!!

The henna from this pack worked well. There was a bit of a learning curve with figuring out how to best apply it to the skin without it getting messy. I would recommend looking up videos online and practicing line techniques on a paper towel or similar before applying to the skin.When I would hold a henna cone for a longer period of time while using it, I noticed that the stain came out darker because the paste was warmer as I applied the henna to my skin. If you want a darker stain, I would recommend warming the cone with your hands. DON'T PLACE THE CONE IN WARM WATER, as it could ruin the paste inside.The henna I bought kept a long time when stored correctly (I kept in the box in a dark, dry place), and the cones have plenty of henna to use. I bought this pack about a year ago, and I still have leftovers to use.This is a very fun activity to learn and wasn't irritating to my skin. I was happy that the smell was not incredibly strong, as I tend to get headaches from strong scents. It was a pleasant smell once I got used to it more. It lasts quite a while depending on the darkness of the stain. Would recommend!

These Henna cones are convenient to use, they were very easy to apply. I like the smoothing effect and the color came out as expected according to the color chart. It also washes out easily.

Came as advertised. No spills or messes during transit which was nice. Each cone has a tiny pin at the end so you just have to use a fingernail to pull it out to use then put it back when done. Definitely do not cut the cone, the small opening makes for more precise designs which was very nice.Pale skin: Recommendation leaving on for 2-3hr. Design will look orange for the first ~8hr. I took off the henna before bed (see photo) and when I awoke it was much darker (forgot to snap a photo sorry). By the end of the next day it was exactly how dark I wanted it; darker brown but not black or anything that stood out too aggressialong. Lasted about 3 weeks but it was on my hand so it made sense it didn't last as long as the one on the arm. If you want a very dark design keep it on 4hr before removing.Dark skin: Recommendation leaving on for 4-5hr. When you take off the henna you will have a very very hard time seeing the design at all. You may see some faint yellow/orange lines. This is ok. By the next day it will look as pictured. Lasted about 4-5weeks but we also did it in a place that doesn't get rubbed a lot.

so first and foremost, the packaging was lovely on the exterior. super cute, super well designed and seemed to be sturdy.however, upon opening the package, i could tell there that some had leaked out which is extremely unfortunate.i decided to attempt one tube around my knee for a patch test, which is recommended! i left it on for about 25 minutes, in which this was the result. i am on the darker side of my family (we are latino) and it’s also worth mentioning my complex is very caramel toned.i haven’t seen a lot of people try henna out for my skin tone but i hope this helps! i think it’s really cute and obviously you won’t be super in the flashlights so i think the pictures without flash are most accurate.they will develop over time so i am waiting to see it completely, which is why i’m waiting until tomorrow to see the finished results. i will update!i’m hoping to use these for freckles but i will definitely let you know! i think for longer and heavier designs, it’s recommended to wait the extended amount so that the henna has the ability to penetrate and color the skin efficiently. for small things like freckles it’s debatable!this is what works for me and may not work for you. the reason i lost two stars was because-it didn’t make it very clear there was a distinct difference between reddish-brown and brown. i will be replacing this item with a browner tone should it darken more red than brown.-the packaging was awful. the exterior was fine but it wasn’t handled with care. and because of that, henna leaked out which is not my favorite thing to see.

Came in good shape and on time.Henna was fresh and applied easily.Let sit as long as I could, maybe 2 hrs before kt flaked off.I applied some lotion after ti flaked and and it continued to darken over the next few hours.Will definitely buy it again for any henna needs.

box came a little bitten up but other wise it was good
