I admit that I am a tough sell when it comes to shredders. I've tried a bunch - also returned a bunch when they didn't live up to the hype. This AutoMax 100MA is mine, no returns needed. It senses the paper and gets to work without the need for me to fuss over it. It's super quiet and fast too but most importantly to me, the autofeed shredding actually works!!!! My only complaint is that the catch bin is small so any larger shred session will require a change of the bag or emptying of the bin sooner than you expect. That being said, I'll take the extra emptying over the frustration of a shredder that just does not do the job.

Bought the LX210 to replace a really ancient Fellowes PS-55. Comparing all the features of the different Fellowes models, the LX210 was the only micro-cut with decent run time and a manageable price. Most of the offerings in local stores were junk by comparison, with 5 or 10 minute run times, compared to 20. The unit works well, is quiet and, so far, trouble-free. The price seems high, but it's been about 30 years since I bought a shredder. Considering the cost of a single identity theft, it's actually a bargain.

Ok, I just got this shredder. I was looking for a two piece device: 1 for the bin and 1 for the rest. No dice. 3 pieces.The bad: You have to put some effort into setting this up as the top will not just fit on the body. Flexy plastic makes sure of it. The unit threatened to flop over trying to move it without the bin. Also, the bin liked to pop open a few times on its own before I tried shredding (about a half inch, but extremely annoying especially if it’s going to micro cut paper and not toss it all over the place).The good: This thing is quiet, quick and actually not bad. If paper jams, it’ll automatically try and back the paper out. I like that. I put in 3 batches of 100 sheets and I could listen to my TV while it was shredding. It also ate a few old credit cards and was ready for more.The bottom line: I would have given it a better review if the plastic wasn’t so flimsy and the bin would actually stay where it was supposed to be (also if it was two pieces). Calling this “heavy duty” is a stretch. I would have liked it to be more durable. However, it does what it’s supposed to do, and it’s quiet and quick. I didn’t have to do much effort to unjam it, and that’s pretty good. I can see it lasting a while.

This is a powerful shredder! The entire office love this shredder! You can stick 100 pages into the feeder and in about 5 mins it's gone!

I can't find anything wrong with this shredder. I had really expensive ones (over $700) from Aurora which turned out to be awful jamming constantly and the autofeeder didn't work. They were terrible this little beast though is perfect. You put the sheets in the top, hit the play button (little right pointing arrow) and it just works. There is no fighting it or constant paper jams and mess. It just works and if it does have a jam its very easy to get loose with how the top feeder has an easy access door that just lets you grab stuff with no problems. It's worth the extra cost if you shred a lot.

I had a problem with this shredder when trying to put together. When loading the shredder top to the paper bin, the bottom, the Bin has 6 tabs that must go into slots on the bottom of the shredder, top. When I tried to put the shredder unit on the Bin, I had trouble lining them up because the bin would move around, and the tabs didn't line up, but 2 tabs got inserted into their slots, but the others did not. So, I had to lift the shredder off to try again; in doing so I could not get the shredder off because the tabs were stuck or locked, and it was difficult to get the shredder off. I don't believe that should happen. Shredders I had before did not have tabs and it was simple to lift the shredder off the bin with no problem. This is the main problem with this shredder, and I was unable to continue because the tabs broke off because they were locked or stuck in slots. I ended up calling customer service which is awful because you to talk to an AI assistant first before you can talk to a human. I finally had a return processed, because I don't believe the tabs were supposed to get stuck so you can't lift the top off. Not happy with this Unit.

It is a nice shredder but much smaller than I thought it would be. I love the pull out bin to empty it; and the size of the shred. It did not have a flat top. Also it did not shred 10 sheets in one pass; it struggled with 5-6 sheets. The sound is quieter than many but has a high whine. In the materials received it said to limit to shredding so many sheets per week (250 as I recall -- that's only 1/2 ream). Well before I saw that I'd already exceeded that - I thought it was a heavy duty shredder. Sadly no. It cannot keep up with my shredding. I did lubricate it with the Fellowes lubricant as well as with the lubricant sheets from another vendor that I had. Looks like I will be back on the market for a bigger and really heavy duty shredder. If you don't work from home and need a heavy duty shredder, then this 10M is great for light duty.

This is a well built reliable paper shredder. We bought it for home use and are very pleased with its operation. The pull out canister saves a lot of mess compared to those that you have to lift the power head off of. The casters are a nice feature for short moves since the unit is reasonably heavy due to its rugged construction.

Me llegó super bien. Corta los documentos en partes muy pequeñas parecido a confeti. Excelente relación calidad precio. La recomiendo mucho

Nice product but a little slow. They say 100 paper feed but when you put only 10 sheets it shreds very slowly. I cannot imagine that the 100 sheets will work as advertised.
