These are the best clamps of this type that I have used. They really have a strong grip - might take both hands to fully open them. The quality of these is much better than on the others I use. Really handy to have around.

Yeah, like other reviewers I am also surprised by what I received. There is a disconnect somewhere between the pictures and description and the actual item being shipped. I thought I was buying a set of small (tiny) clamps to work with in jewelry making projects. This is a much bigger clamp. The 1" refers to the head of the clamp if that is not clear to you (which it was not to me obviously) and I only received one clamp. When I ordered the pictures showed a set of clamps. It looks like they may have corrected that. But this looks like a fantastic clamp and it it super strong and if I needed a clamp of this size I know I'd be very happy with it. So I can certainly recommend based on quality and price for the item. Will likely give to my Dad who is a woodworker and I'm sure he will put it to great use.

Many uses. It's the best brand for it honestly. Just a little guy I bought. Very strong grip. I love tools :) set my photo for my use :)

Used this clamp to hold pencils in place while I sawed them in half, as they fit better in a pencil case that way. It worked great. Love how affordable and portable this is, with a good strong grip. Would recommend this tool.

WOW! Quite the sturdy clamp. Exactly what I had been looking for. In fact, it's more sturdy than anticipated. The only issue I have is that you need strength to squeeze them open. Regretfully, it wasn't easy for me but easy for hubby to open for me.

I bought the 3" by mistake thinking they were 2" ones..... My Bad.... But these 3" ones are very strong and I am sure they will come in handy. They almost take 2 hands to open them..... They are very strong, what ever you put in them will defiantly hold tight.

This is a fantastic little clamp with a very tight grip.

The spring in this clamp is very forceful. I need to use both hands in order to open it wide. Can barely open it with just one hand. Exactly what I needed it for as I wanted a very tight grip.
