Kruuse Buster Plastic Dog Muzzle, No 2

Needed a muzzle to protect surgical wound when he could not be directly supervised. My dog is a very large (100+ lbs, Great Dane size) Doberman, and he could still reach his hip area and lick/chew the incision with the largest E-collar. Other than the buckle, which was hard for me to see/handle (it is a little small, and very loose, hard to buckle without my reading glasses on), the muzzle was great! My boy was not hard on it at all, though, so I do not know how it would stand up to a dog who really did not wish to wear it.

this muzzles work perfectly to keep my 15 lb dog away form stuff on the street. It still allows him to smell ect. easy to clean.

We have a dog that likes to eat rocks and it worked for a short time, but she always manages to get her bottom part of her mouth around it. At first, we had to duct tape the front of it because she was getting rocks through it, we tried all the different size settings, we just decided that we need to watch her closely or leave her in.

Says it fits an Irish Wolfhound but not long enough. Do not buy for a Wolfhound.

These are the best to keep our Doberman from eating his own poop, but the inner piece always breaks off, I always end up having to zip tie it back in until it completely fails, other than that it's great

Great product! But unfortunately my malinois figured out that she can wedge her nose against her kennel and get it off. She has chewed through 3 of them now. 😕 Looks like I need something a little more tough.

It does a great job and my dog does not seem uncomfortable having it on.

Works well on my somewhat aggressive lab, no break out or snapping bites at anyone yet.

One of my dogs is a Bullmastiff x Shar Pei and I have had extreme difficulty in finding him a muzzle which fits correctly, for occasional use in stressful situations (i.e. vet procedures). He has a massive head, a short nose and a square, meaty mouth. All other muzzles were too tight around his snout, too long for his nose or too small around his head but this fits perfectly - I'll be ordering another soon for when this one wears out! However, I don't expect this to be any time soon. The muzzle itself is well made and of high quality materials and I expect that it will last for some time. Midland Outdoor were great, offered to provide measurements and delivered quickly with good packaging. I won't hesitate to order another of these muzzles from them in the near future.

The 2 stars are for the customer service as unfortunately I had to ask for my money back. I have a Border Coliie and I was trying the muzzle on for size, after a couple of minutes he was pawing at it and it snapped on the bridge of his nose and was pinching him. He got quite distressed as I was trying to undo the buckle. I didn't want to leave a review for this item as I thought they were good to refund me but I wouldn't be happy leaving him alone for 1 minute with this on.

Nice but the buckle has come apart a couple of times.

What can I say,,, which is brought this earlier!! My boxer doesn't mind it & I haven't got to worry about walking her anymore. Such a good purchase , so pleased. Quick service & ️delivery
