These had some bad reviews but after reading the reasons I decided to order anyway because these would work well to hide the scratches on the door jamb. First these are only intended to be applied to a metal door jamb not the plastic trim. Secondly clean the jamb well using something like rubbing alcohol to strip away any film or wax. Do it on a warm day but in a cool place away from direct sun light because when these get warm they will stretch and its easier to apply when more rigid. Plan out where you want them and make a few marks for alignment using a pencil. When these stick they stick so take your time and try not to have to pull it up. IMPORTANT: I used my fingers NOT the plastic scraper because it had a burr on it and would have scratched the finish off. I started at one end and laid it down then worked out a few bubbles with my fingers and smoothed over the edge.. ALSO: to get it smooth as I went around the curve in the jamb I made a small slit in the edge with a scissors so it would lay flat. It has been a couple of weeks and they still look good so to they were worth the money to hide the scratches and they look neat too. I figuring the lettering which is slightly raised will mostly likely be what gets scratched off first but if I can get enough years out of these then great.

I like these stickers however when they get wet they do tear so I will be ordering some more but I do recommend these items if you want to bring your car out n style!
