Very clever design. Since I currently have 7 different varieties of posture correctors, I have a fairly good basis for a comparison. This is the only usable brace that I've found which does not wrap around the midsection - which is a very big plus as those can create a huge front bulge and can slide around - this brace never loosens throughout the day, so keeps posture all day. The armpit padding is a really comfortable, so no bruises or pain like elastic-type braces. Good quality construction. That said, it will take some time getting used to as it is so well constructed that it retains the posture you set without sliding and thereby makes your upper back a little tired as your back fights the brace to regain poor posture. Other brands usually either bunch in the armpits or slide up your waist to lose the posture; this does neither. Positives: your shoulders will be up straight all day. Negatives: you can't hunch forward which means you'll have to curtsy to pick items up. As a side note, I had a small shipping issue and the seller fixed the problem for me without any hassle or problems.

Almost impossible to wear and extremely uncomfortable

Hi. This is Lee.I recvied my order and wear it. But I didn't feeling very well. Because the retaining ring doesn't well.it was lead to my shoulder out of tune. I don't know why?

Before careful if you want to wear this under your shirt at work. It will show through so may not be the best option for some people. There are other stability posture corrector that will not show through so shop around.

I think it is working well, the only issue is that it is pushing on my armpits abit. I've tried different adjustments, overall it is quite good and keeps my backstraight.

To start things off:I am a small 23 year old female with no diagnosed back problems. However, I, like many others in my generation, and constantly glued to computer/tablet/phone screens, whether it be due to work, or study, or obsession over baby animal videos. Therefore, I find myself constantly with posture problems both in my upper back and neck.This brace works on the upper back posture quite well. The first day, I found it to be slightly uncomfortable (I later realized I put he brace on wrong). Since then, I have been able to wear the brace throughout the day without major difficulties (it does make driving a bit uncomfortable).If you are wearing the brace correctly, it should not cut off circulation in your arms. I found that this happens only when the brace is either too tight or if the upper strap is hanging too close to my shoulders rather than closer to my midline. The brace doesn't "force" you to straighten your back, but it strongly encourages it. Particularly when your arms are down (like when you're typing, not when you're lifting things above your head), the brace will tug you collarbone and remind you to sit up straighter.For me, it works very well as a pre-emptive measure for my back. My mom will be happier too, haha.

This is absolutely amazing product! I've been looking for a poster corrector for 2 years but never saw one rated with 5 stars. I have degenerated disk C5-6 and the only way to keep the pain away is proper poster with my spine and neck straight with shoulders down and back. This poster corrector does exactly what I need. It's very comfortable and I can wear it few hours a day. It's can be worn under loose clothes or over fitted t-shirts. I am 5'2" 108 lbs and bought Medium size after reading some reviews. Size Small would be better but Medium works too. The best way to put it on is to make adjustment first and then it should be put on with straps already secured.I am very happy with my purchase and seller I bought it from!

I received this yesterday and managed to get it unpacked and adjusted in about 5 minutes time. Wore it for the next 8 hours w/o any problems and was able to notice that it did, in fact, help to keep my shoulder pulled back just enough to relieve some of the pressure I've been feeling. I'm a computer programmer by profession and over the years my right shoulder has taken the brunt of "mouse movement" to the point where needed to learn to use the mouse with my left hand. I'm hopeful this will provide the support and relief I need and give my shoulder a much needed break. Will update after awhile.
