First, there were no instructions included with the brush. Second, the brush uses two AA batteries and not a 9-volt battery as listed in the description. Third, I loaded the batteries into the brush and it does not work. Fourth, I located a charger port on the bottom of the brush, but no charger was included with the brush. This is a terrible product.

This is a good product. Every night I brush my "smelly" dog and this helps between baths. A lovely ritual with a good product. His smell is so much better. I have used other Ionic Pet Brushes but I like this one the best.

The product us cheaply made. I returned.

Love this brush. It helps to keep the skin a little cleaner between the dreaded baths. After brushing I can see the dust, dirt and smutz on the brush. Usually it can just be blown off the brush.

Not really satisfied. Only tried it twice. Both times battery compartment came off. Wouldn't buy again.

The dogs love the brush!! The handle is flimsy and comes apart easily brushing through long hair dogs. It is necessary to hold the top of the brush part and not the handle to keep it from popping open and the battery falling out. Holding it like this just keeps it from falling apart.

It works and my Husky who does not love being brushed due to static will let me brush him with it. Right there is a Win !I had to Tape the handle though, the battery compartment lid opens in such a way that your fingers will constantly be opening it while you are brushing. It needs a lock or something.

only worked for 2-3 weeks and that was only using 3-4 times. battery cover keeps coming off so more of a pain to use that it is worth. Meant to send it back but do to traveling never got around to it.
