Working great so far, suspect that we have a real winner.
Working great so far. I've had this product for two months now, so I'm finally willing to review it. I don't like reviewing products until I feel like I've used them enough to find out if they work, if they appear durable, etc.So, after two months, I can say that this part is actually superior to the OEM part. The blades are sharper, the stainless cleans better, the blades spin more smoothly, and the fit is perfect.FWIW, I worked in bars and restaurants on and off through high school (yes, we could do that back then) and college and I became used to the classic Hamilton Beach bar blender. I've used that exact blender or it's progeny for well over 20 years. It's gone through a few model numbers since then, but it's still really the same device. Nothing fancy. There aren't 10 speeds. You don't need 10 speeds to make a margarita. You don't need 10 speeds to make anything. I still favor it over our fancy food processor for fine chopping of homemade bread crumbs, dicing veggies into very fine pieces, and such. (yes, you can do that in a blender. well, if you have a good blender.)In short, for the price, I like these blades enough that I'd be tempted on a new purchase of a HB Blender to just buy these stainless blades and swap them out day one. And to be clear, I did NOT receive anything for my review other than the warmhearted feeling that I am providing good advice to people that are looking for help in their decision.

The stainless fits fine and will be durable
My old blade assembly housing was plastic, and it cracked. The stainless fits fine and will be durable. I'm well pleased. It arrived in just a few days. The blade was not damaged, though it could have been packaged better, because the blade was poking through the cardboard of the little protective box it came in.

Fits Hamilton Pro model 809 perfect with gasket "underneath" the blade assembly. NOTE: needs sharpening to make almond milk!
Fits my Hamilton Beach Professional blender (model 809) perfect as long as the gasket is underneath the blade assembly, if it is on top of the blade assembly, which is normally where I put it, the pitcher does not seat all the way in the blender housing (rocks a little). Note: you need to have a second gasket on top to prevent occasional leakage. Well made with no visible rubber seal to wear out and collect food particles for bacterial growth.Initially I smelled something like burning oil, that was from the blade assembly bushing breaking in and went away. For frozen banana/blueberry smoothies it worked good, BUT to make almond milk it was not good (left large pieces). The reason was the blades had not been sharpened at all, in fact they had curled/rolled edges (used 10X magnifier to see them). So I used an 8" mill bastard file to first flatten the back of each blade, and then to put an edge on each blade. Now it makes good almond milk (4 almonds/8 oz water). Right now there is a little more resistance needed to turn the blade , versus the 16 yr old original blade, but that is probably because it is still breaking in, probably better to start off a little snug than loose. Update: after over a year of use the blade now turns easily and is still sharp.

Not the best quality, but it does work!
I have used this blade assembly for about a couple of months. The stainless steel design is nice because it will not crack like the plastic did on my last blade assembly also purchased through Amazon, which I might add was also very cheap. However, these blades are NOT nice and sharp, which makes for a very rough blend which splatters all over the sides of the blender when making simple smoothies. Also, there is no rubber gasket between the blades and the center support, which is generally standard in blade assemblies. This makes for a very noisy blend and the spacer that is there is a concave metal piece which is difficult to clean. It almost seems as though it is an after-market piece. It's just not the best quality. So, does it blend? Yes! Do I wish it was a better quality product? Definitely YES!

Does what it is supposed to do
Great replacement for the original blade, which had a plastic base that had cracked and started to leak. This one is made entirely of stainless steel, so I don't think that it will have that problem. Fits perfectly and works very well.

Save your money
My very old Hamilton Beach blender finally gave up because the rubber grommet on the blade dry rotted and broke. There was nothing else wrong with the blender so I tried to get a blade assembly to repair it. This fit perfectly and was the same design BUT it was not sharp and it was trying to beat up the food instead of cutting thru it to blend and all I was trying to make was a green smoothie. Thumbs down on this one. I had to return it so I do not recommend.

Does NOT fit the models stated. Beware.
Doesn’t fit my blender model. Great design though. My piece broke because it was plastic. Called the company said they can sell me one, or I can find a cheaper one online. I did. However, the bottom doesn’t sit right into the blender. So it’s lopsided and makes a lot of noise. I’m not sure if I will keep this piece or return it.

Blender blade cutter STAINLESS
Works great and seems more heavy duty than the old one where the base is plastic. On my old one the plastic was cracking. I have ground ice, hard bread, and caked together hard brown sugar and this on still works good.

One Star
I don't recomend the product, since it has already started to rust. I don't think it is stainless steel.😞
