I was disappointed that the trolley was smaller than I had expected. I thought it would be like the bigger 2 wheel versions. When I used it I found that it was a bit clumsy when using it on the 4 wheels. When I tried to push it forward it has a tendency to fall forward nearly tripping me up. The base pull down is too short and small for the additional front wheels. I felt they would have been better suited to the full size 2 wheel version. Having said that I will continue to use by mainly pulling it on 2 wheels as the size is suitable when doing a small shop.

The trolley is very unstable. It tends to topple off, which makes it useless for the purpose of carrying shopping.I purchased it for my mother who needs a 4-wheel trolley for her to push with her shopping but was unable to use it as it kept falling back with the load. Furthermore the actual bag is not entirely secured to the trolley, therefore when the shopping is big, the bag keeps falling off the trolley.I gave it away as it is not easy to handle.

One of the wheels came off while I was crossing road, before I went to collect a car drove on it. Normal trolleys wheels does not fit.More over it has balancing problem it keeps falling while shopping now totally useless.I thought it has 4 wheels but its not standard.

You can push this trolly because of the four wheels. This is very useful
