This is my first Ottlite and I am not disappointed! I crochet, cross-stitch, Diamond Dotz art, plastic canvas and various other crafts. This lamp is absolutely amazing at giving the right amount of and balance of light. The light mimics sunlight so colors are true; perfect for those who are fiber artists. Crocheting (or crafting in general) with black is a nightmare but this lamp makes using black so much easier on the eyes. I love that it has a wireless charger and USB charging port. The downside is I have to take my otter box case off my phone if I want to use the wireless charger (which has nothing to do with the functionality of the lamp). The touch feature is VERY sensitive. I wish the bulb was replaceable because I really love this lamp and I’d hate to throw it away just because the bulb goes out; hopefully that’s years from now. This lamp is definitely worth the price; cheaper than major big box craft stores.

Great desk lamp. Ability to adjust color temperature and brightness is a terrific feature. Wireless charging pad is a bonus.

For anybody experiencing age-related macular degeneration this is the perfect lighting for table or desk. It has both white and yellow light and is so easily adjustable. I am so happy I bought this lamp.

My computer area does not get much natural sunlight, and I needed to replace a similar light I was using to illuminate the keyboard. This light is wonderful. I love the different intensities of light and how you can direct it where you want it to go. I feel like it is easier on my eyes. I also love the wireless phone charging base!

Ordered this for my crafting desk. Works great for that purpose and the price. I would recommend this.

I bought this light to use next to my sewing machine. Overall it works well and I like it. I like that the arm bends and the head twists (not too far however). I aim it where I'm sewing and I can see so much better. I love that it has three light temperature modes and three brightness settings. The on/off switch is also the toggle for brightness and temperature (you hold it down to change temperature or touch briefly to change intensity.) The switch is my biggest issue with this lamp and that is why I gave this light 4 stars instead of 5. The switch is just too easy to depress. If the fabric brushes over it, it will engage the switch. I've turned it off on myself multiple times, requiring me to keep repositioning the fabric away from the light's base. The other issue (nit-picky) is that the plug is a bit clunky. It ends up covering the adjacent space on my power strip. It's still worth the purchase as it is a relatively compact size and puts out some decently bright light.

I bought this lamp to add some extra light for my crafting. It hasn't disappointed me yet. I love the different brightness and use the different settings depending on the projects I am doing, especially while working on smaller more detailed projects. I am still playing with the different colors of lighting, and have also adjusted these depending on daylight times and how harsh I want/need the lighting. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to others. Shipping was fast and packaging adequate for the traveling.

I bought this light for my wifes computer room. It replaced a much older lamp that had out lived it's useful life. The three light levels are perfect for any time of the day or night. Another very cool feature of the light is the base is a wireless phone charger. Or, if your phone is not wireless enabled there is a USB plug on the rear of the base. My wife loves it, so I'm happy too.
