Cute, easy to read. Great introduction. Even I learned a few good tips. Perfect for the present-day teenager who doesn't have a social clue, but reinforcing and good even for those who do. At graduation time, I buy these by the dozen!

The first edition of this book was given to me 25 years ago when I graduated from High School. It has always meant a lot to me. Since then, they have added some volumes and this is the complete set of wise suggestions, which I think make for great gifts to anyone, especially someone graduating. The book has great thoughts and suggestions on how to live your life and maybe will give the reader a new perspective to consider. Of course, people don't agree on everything, but everyone who has read the book and has said they identify with many of these suggestions. I find that in my own life I will reflect on it these when I'm in the moment. For example ("Be the first to say hello", and "Over tip a breakfast waitress") Overall, just a really good book, easy to browse through on a coffee table, and makes a perfect gift for someone.

This book works for everyone.Makes you think. Makes you be a better version of you.

Gave this to my bonus daughter for her 16th birthday because I still remember some of the lessons from over 20 years ago.

I feel neutral about this advice book. If someone were to follow the plethora of advice on how to live life, they would be nearly saint-like. It is good advice, but there's an awful lot of it. I gave it to my college bound grandson and doubt he will take the time to read all of it.

I have one and read it often. Great positive quotes and remarks. It will be a positive gift for any age.

Everyone, boy, girl, man woman, teen, senior and in-between needs to live by this little book. WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD THIS WOULD BE!!
