Cheaply made, doesn't spin much, doesn't run smooth
Cheaply made of cheap materials, the spring doesn't really retract much, and it feels if you apply full force it will break. It was a present for someone, so we both quite disappointed. I purchased for myself same looking wheel made by a different brand, and it's like day and night. Mine runs smooth, comfortable and made of a very nice rubbery material. I feel like we will be just donating this one to a goodwill.

Perfect for my weak back
I love the assist feature because it is gentle on my lower back. This is a great ab work out! The wide wheel provides more stability. This is a great ab wheel for beginners that need the assist until they build their core. You will be sore after doing a few sets!

I have had a lot of ab wheels throughout the years and this one is the best I've used. I have had ab wheels that feel cheap and flimsy but this one is sturdy and feels like a quality piece of equipment. The design of the handles takes a lot of pressure off my wrist, so I can focus on strengthening my core. Comes with a nice little pad for the knees. 10/10 for this ab wheel.

Worth every penny!!! It works my stomach muscles especially the lower stomach area.

Really good
It's been a few months since purchasing it and my husband uses it daily. He has progressed a lot and has lost some weight together with diet. It does what it's supposed to do.

Springs inside of wheel broke after first use.
This product is cheaply made on the inside and the springs either broke or dislodged during the unboxing/initial use. it was being rolled in the correct direction as indicated, and then 'popped' and lost tension. Now its jerky or comes to a dead stop mid rep. I hadn't gotten a chance to try it until after the return window from amazon, so now I'm stuck with a junk defective product.

Good for the Money
You can tell this is a cheap, but it does get the job done. I sounds like there is some lose piece inside because it rattles lightly. The handle grip hurt my hand a little after using. The soft rubber grip should have gone al the way around.
