I love the Spice House. I live in Chicago and used to frequent the brick and mortar store before COVID. I love the fact that you can go in and spell/taste all the spices prior to buying. I had no doubt that these would be great as well. I'm trying to encourage my parents to eat healthier so I bought this for them and also some flat packs for myself. These are very fresh and was a great gift for my mom for a belated mother's day gift. She loves the jars and the labels on the jars are just as beautiful.

I bought this as a gift because a family member has high blood pressure and it is hard to find seasonings not loaded with salt. Great flavor and, if desired, you can just add salt to your own preference level.
