I ordered a womens size 10 and received the mens size 9 which is supposed to be the same. There is a gender difference in the measurement between the heel and arch. The packaging consisted of a resealable bag. No name on the orthotic, no info on materials used, no country of origin, and no cleaning instructions. Also the Wide size was apparently Average and since I take 2E it wasn't wide enough. Sometimes a low price means low quality.
