Very good information but i need to contact author about one unclear point. In "weight loss" chapter, says 'a couple of tablespoons of Epsom salt' besides the one cup for the soak. And to drink a glass of water while soaking. Do i add the 2 tablespoons to the drink? I could assume that but since i'm ingesting this, i thought it important to make sure.
