bought this for a bike trip in Japan. bag is roomy, tough and has many internal pockets of varied sizes. The solar array charges the battery great and charges other backup batteries i carry with ease of connectors built in.

I have both a 2013 BirkSun solar backpack and a 2014 BirkSun solar backpack. The 2013 solar backpack (the one sold here) is a solid backpack, but I really prefer the 2014 model.There is a built in USB outlet in the 2014 model so it is super easy to use and the charging speed is fast. I get a 1% charge on my iPhone 5S every 2 minutes the BirkSun Elevate Solar Backpack.
