Set up was easy. I elevated to window height to shorten the distance that the hose needed to be stretched out, because there is a lot of heat in the air that it’s blowing as exhaust. So the shorter the hose the less of a heat surface. I love that I can schedule it to turn on and off when I’m away from home and I can control that from my phone at any time. I can also see what the temp is in the room that the unit is in. Keep in mind this unit is not designed to cool down a room that is already at 90+ degrees. It works best To keep the temperature stable. If you are trying to cool down a room that is already 90+ degrees, that is not what this is made for and you will be sadly disappointed. I keep the unit set at 62° and I usually turn it on when the room that it is in is between that and 65. This room tends to collect a whole lot of heat to keep the temperature stable. My first night of having it review: (my opinion changed-my 2nd review after having it for a week or so is below this review) : It’s alright. I will have to get used to the sound it’s not that bad, I have confidence I can sleep through it, it’s just you’re going to have to focus a little more but maybe that’s just with all AC’s and I’m being dramatic but I think he is kinda cute & mighty. It’s almost too strong, the app doesn’t let you ADJUST THE BREEZE ITS 50% OR 100% so if that bothers you, beware. Set it up in a spot where it’s far away from you. The fan blades close on the side to limit the breeze but that just makes it nosier. Also had to saw off the adjustable panel to fit my window since I don’t have one of those beach windows. Looks like there’s an iPad on top lol the design looks nice. Maybe this would be better for someone who had a huge nice house like in an open kitchen where it’s there but unnoticed and fits in. maybe not for smaller rooms that don’t have much space, it takes up a 3/4ths if a door space I guess sort of if that makes sense and that’s a lot of room if ur room is small like mine. ALSO the directions explain how TAKE WATER OUT but not how to PUT THE WATER IN?? So now mine is running without water??🥴not sure what I’m doing, it probably wasn’t a good idea for me to get this especially the $$ unable to exactly adjust the fan mode. The app was kinda weird but at least functional but yah:) hope this helps someone.Update a week or two later: just ignore everythingI said the first night when I wrote my original review. this thing is amazing and so calming to fall asleep to. The first night of using it I was livid because it woke me up once but it literally was just because it was new and now it runs smooth. I can’t even count the first night sleeping as a mishap, this thing runs great after having it for a while now. The speed issue isn’t an issue for me anymore, as the temperature is super accurate and on the app from my phone they have this scale where it’s hot to cold like a shower knob would be but except it’s for air and it really does fill the whole room with whatever temperature you want. I love it. You don’t need to put water in it, it accumulates I assume from outside which I haven’t had to empty. I love the glowy night light on it. Omg. Obsessed. Will be taking to next place I live. She’s got wheels too. Not extremely heavy but pretty heavy. 10/10 would recommend.

It only goes down to 62 degrees but I love that once I connect it to the internet I can turn it on from my work place and make sure my dogs are happy even though the thermostat doesn't work it doesn't work when it reaches the degrees you desire it just keeps running never turns off based on the temperature also I am trying to cool off a trailer that's alot smaller than the 300 ft it says it cools off and it doesn't cool off the area barely cools anything off the hoes they send with the machine is super cheap and is melted or distorted from the heat it's exhausting out over all I definitely would not suggest you buy this it was a major disappointment I had alot of faith in it but doesn't work overpriced and doesn't work tripped all my breakers on my whole house I've switched it to every outlet and flipped all my breakers everytime I switched it to a different one a complete wiast of my money a few months later and I'll be taking it to the pawn shop to sell it and buy a cheap window unit as this is a horrible product that blows breaker and doesn't work cooling anything down. Device is so loud and so big it takes up alot of space you will have to give it its own socket and hope it works right you'll also need somewhere to drain it out as it's trying to work. It shakes my whole room when it starts or changes speeds HORRIBLE PRODUCT
