It's wheatgrass. So many health benefits it's kind of stupid not to use it.Look up "wheatgrass" on Healthline dot com. And this is by far the best value I have found online. High quality, flavor is best when mixed with Almond milk or in a shake. Terrible when mixed with water only.

Have purchased this before in 1 pound bags sold in qty. of 5…I liked the individual 1 pound bags better, as it kept the powder fresher, but the value of this size vs. the option to purchase smaller bags individually was not as good a value. Powder seems to be good quality and relatively easy to mix into morning beverage with a handmixer. Nice pick-up and energy if taken several times a day.

First, I have purchased many products from this company All seemed quality. This is not good. I have consumed many different company wheat grass powder products. All of them were GREEN and had a subtle sweetness to them. This is like a beige straw-like substance with a hint of green. The taste is horrible.I tried to contact the company, but they never responded. This is very disappointing and will make me think twice about purchasing anything else from them. In my opinion, this seemed like wheatgrass (perhaps???) that was cut after the stalk was overgrown, then ground up after drying. The bottom of the stalk was already brown which accounts for the color.It seems like a great buy, 5 lbs of ORGANIC wheat grass powder. NOT! Not right, beware.

This is the most delicious wheatgrass I've ever tasted. I've tried a lot over 7 years. Cereal grasses are good for gut health and supporting the immune system, so I've read. I drink a heaping spoonful with my coffee every morning, mixed with a three quarters scoop of Orgain Vanilla. The honey app told me someone had paid $10 less for this 5lb bag 6 weeks ago, but it was still the best price per ounce. It is such a value for the taste! The bag does not have a closure. Cut the hole small and tape or rubber band it until you need to refill a smaller storage jar. I plan to reuse an old Orgain jar to store what will fit, and I use a jar from an 8oz wheatgrass I formerly purchased as the regular everyday holder.

Does not have the flavor we’ve had with similar but more expensive product. Makes me wonder if this wheatgrass is as vital?

I like the product but it is ground extremely fine. Because of this, it creates a lot of "dust" when opening and closing the package and also when putting it in a glass for consumption.
