Poorly written. Full of grammatical errors.
Incomplete sentences, grammatical errors, repetition of material, confusing structure. Not worth the money. Spend the extra $5 on a well written book.

Horrendous purchase. It’s basically a photocopy!
The media could not be loaded. This is a photocopy.For the price paid it’s pathetic to be quite frank! Some pages are blurry, and the tx is so big! The book instead of being 156 pages long could of actually been 70. Straight into the bin!

Waste of money. Amateurish product with bad advice.
This book is rubbish. Don't buy it. It is amateurish in the extreme. It's riddled with spelling and grammatical errors throughout. The pictures are childlike drawings and the exercise descriptions quite often don't relate to the images depicted on the same page. The nutritional advice is just wrong. I am returning this for a refund. Save your money.

Decent read
Read to understand the basics of strength training. The book is extremely easy to understand however the pictorial description could have been better.
