Replacement P23 Microwave Turntable Glass Plate for Emerson, Sunbeam, Magic Chef, Haier, Rival, Oster, G.E. Sanyo, Danby - Compatible with Emerson MW8999SB

There has no been a microwave plate in my microwave for 10 years. Took 10 minutes to research and now works properly

Bought this as a Christmas present for my niece and nephew who had a Sanyo microwave. They had been using a plate that did not allow it to turn. We were talking one night and they told me about it so I googled it and saw that Amazon had. Well I went to Amazon (my go to place for just about everything!) and ordered it and sure enough it worked great!! They are so happy that it now works like it is supposed to!!

This replacement is a bit thinner than the original, but don't expect any issues from it. Since we use it in our travel trailer being lighter is a bonus.My main concern was will the "star" (?) in the bottom fit into my gear and rotate properly. I took my gear to Wal-Mart and lo and behold, it fit EVERY brand / style / size microwave turntable plate, so I was pretty convinced it is a standard size fitting and any plate (the correct dimension) would work in my microwave.

Emerson turntable glass broke, Model no longer available, Had to guess at replacement, Found this replacement based on similar model number, Not quite what I expected, but it works well.

After identifying the exact turntable required, they shipped the exactly correct item. It matched with the drive mechanism and also the support ring.

This turntable glass was too big for my 700 Watt Haier microwave. I have not returned it yet because there is no packing slip.
