I'm too old to climb trees any more. However, with a slight bit of modification, straightening the claws out slightly, the climbing claws can be used as a self defense tool. Grab hold of someone with these on your hands and they'll want to get away from you instead of trying to go to you.

The one thing I liked the most about this product is the claws are very sharp. The one thing I didn't like about this product is the way they position on my hands. I feel like they are too high upfor what I'm going to be using them for

Looks cool but the only thing is the I don't believe they can hold 300 lbs it can barely pull 30 lb the steel is weak and it bends way too easy
