Company and its distributors are fraudsters.I purchased the device from AV Infotech which is from Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. They provided software called Real Soft Software which is not fully working .. only two screen works, rest all dont work. It is been a year now since we were using the hardware and software. Suddenly today, the software shows a screen that is asking for license key. We contacted company - Realtime. They told us to call the company from whom you purchased the hardware. We then called AV Infotech. AV Infotech said that you will have to take AMC if you want the software to work. I argued by saying there is no relation between AMC and software. They harshly said then we cannot help you. I said what sense does it make for one to have hardware and there is no software to read the data from hardware. They said software is not free. It is free for first year. After that you have to buy software. If you renew AMC of 4000 per year then the software will be free.Realtime does not provide any software with its machine. They have created a syndicate of taking money from the buyers of the hardware every year in the name of Software!I would suggest everyone to stay away from Realtime as the company and its distributors are total cheaters.
