Literally, this leash saved my life! I bought this leash a week before my family and I headed out for a roadtrip. My family and I were hiking in Northern California near a waterfall when my son slipped and started falling down a steep dirt embankment that then fell off to a 30 foot drop. I was able to dive and grab his hand before he fell the rest of the way, but I could not lift him back up. Within a matter of seconds, I started to slip down as well. My husband who had our dog, ran up to grab me before I slipped further down. Thankfully there was a family across the way and they ran to help. They grabbed the handle of the leash and threw it down to my son and with some stability of my husband and the family’s husband holding on to the leash, my son was able to grab on and climb up. I then did the same! This leash is durable, and heavy duty, and works perfectly! The handle is comfortable to hold, and has great cushion so if your pulling yourself up out of a slippery situation or trying to slow your dog down it doesn’t cut into your hand or skin and won’t leave a rope burn.The clip connects nicely, the color is vibrant and reflects light at night, and it’s the perfect length! (Also the poop bags are a nice touch!) Love this leash!!

This is a great leash for a strong puppy/dog. The color is very beautiful aqua/tealish color and the style is a rope like pattern. It is very easy to use. This leash is absolutely great value for the money spent on it. The leash is a little narrow but the handle is great. I have a 55lb 3 year old puppy, yes still a puppy. The leash works well and is comfortable to use. Only had it for a couple of walks but so far so good. Feels nice and sturdy.

This was my second time purchasing this leash. The first one lasted approximately four years with some heavy duty usage. The clasp broke which connects to the harness is why I had to repurchase a replacement. I probably could have replaced the clasp only but I decided to replace the entire leash. The leash itself was still useable.

Excellent quality. Wish I could have gotten pink but orange is cool too. Perfect length for my daughter to walk her puppy.

My teenage Bull Lurcher occasionally starts mouthing and pulling on the lead if he gets frustrated.It only lasts for a couple of seconds but he has teeth like a guillotine!Previously leads have been damaged in seconds. I got fed up replacing the same brand.So, I did a bit of research and BAAPET had a good name for more durable leads.He's grabbed onto it a few times and not left a mark on it. I'm not saying it's chew proof, I'm sure he could destroy it if left unchecked. Bulls pride themselves in destroying the indestructible.But while you're training your dog not to chew on the lead, by distraction with treats or whatever? This is up to the job imo.Its well made, I can't see any shoddy workmanship or cheap inferior parts.The rope is thick but flexible and as I say, has been between his back teeth and come out unscathed.The clip is big and robust with a good strong spring, first thing that I checked.Handle is comfortable, sleeved with soft padding.Joins look well secure and fixed with hard plastic guards.I chose orange to compliment his dark Brindle coat. It's loud! But I like it.Update. I've bought 2 more while at a cheaper price. If I don't need them I'll pass them on. I have faith in this lead.

mostly dogs like huskies or pitbulls gsd, any hyper or medium to large dogs they pull us like anything ! and for that this is non breakable and best!

I have yet to try it out, but it looks like good value for money. Arrived on time!
