Great red case for phone.

Let me start by saying that the case is really nice but with 1 hiccup.I cannot use it anymore because whenever i put my Note 9 in it,my S-pen keep getting disconnecting due to the magnet in the closure.Really like the looks and feel of it but i have to give it three stars for that problem i'm experiencing.The case is no use to me.(bummer)

I like the case itself, as it has helped get rid of the clutter of a wallet. The one HUGE issue I have is that for whatever reason, still trying to figure this out, the stylus does not work properly when the case is on. As soon as I take this case off, it goes back to working fine. I first noticed it with just trying to jot down a note, took my pen out without turning the on, as to start up the quick note feature, and it began telling me to reconnect the S-Pen. While the case was still on, this was a back and forth issue. This continued to be the case even after unlocking the phone, but again, once I took it off, my S-pen worked just fine again. Only rating the product so low because the S-Pen is one of, if not the biggest feature on this phone, so giving that up for the case just isnt worth the purchase to me.

Very nice case

Seem like a nicely made case, but it has one huge problem. The magnetic closure system interferes with the S-Pen. As soon as I put the phone in the case it thinks the S-Pen is out of it's storage slot and the S-Pen menu is on screen. If you take the S-Pen out and try to use it half of the screen on the right hand side is dead to the pen and it won't write there.

The magnets in the closure interfere with s pen function. When you open the case the notification symbol indicating the pen is out is displayed. When you close the case the s pen dialougue screen is displayed, ( you can hear the app open and see it through the opening).I dug out the magnet that indicates missing pen, but the lower magnet is in the cover and cannot be removed without destroying the case. Every time you close the case you hear and see the pen app opening.Since the case is designed for the Note, this is an inexcusable design flaw.
