REALLY cinches it all in!
This thing REALLY cinches it all in and makes your mid-section look more shapely..... you DO have to be willing to withstand some discomfort though. It is tight which is part of the reason it works so well and it can be challenging to get all of the little hooks connected. I find that starting from the top and working my way down is the best method for me. The device also improves your posture while wearing it because it forces you to remain in a more upright position... that being said, picking up something off of the floor or putting on your shoes for that matter can be a little tricky. I can't really testify to it's fat burning abilities at this point. All I can say is that while it is on, it does its job of holding you all together and creating a more hourglass figure.

Great product
I love it. I wanted to purchaae the next two sizes so I can progress but they are out of Mediums. They have a small but Im afraid if I branch off to another brand that the small may not fall into sequence. Over all ots a great product. Easy to wear and is helpful with posture and eating in moderations. My mother says it makes me smell like a tire. Lol Nut other than that its great.

Shirts fit me fine and they're never too long or anything of the ...
Overall I'm unhappy with this item. I'm 5'5" and I've always worn regular sized clothing...I'm 33 and I have NEVER felt as though I have a short torso in any way. Shirts fit me fine and they're never too long or anything of the sort. HOWEVER with this waist trainer I cannot wear it and sit down otherwise my boobs are shoved up into my face and the bottom of the waist trainer digs into where my legs and torso join. But since I paid for it I decided to wear it as much as I could when I'm up standing/walking around work or my home. I can say that after 2 months I haven't lost any inches (I've measured weekly, without the waist trainer on, around my natural waist and belly button) but I went from wearing it on the loosest hook to now the tightest...so the material stretches out. Also, I felt as though it gave me a back fat roll in-between the top of the trainer and the bottom of my bra. Because of this if I had to do it all again I would get the one that goes all of the way up the back (more like a tank top). However due to the stretching of the material I wouldn't waste money on purchasing another one.

It seems like a very nice product however it was too small

Sizing may differ due to undergarments
I got Medium and I'm 5'5 about 130 lbs. However, it will not be comfortable to wear fits well if I gain anymore weight than 135 lbs. The fabric feels very nice and not uncomfortable, but I wear a thin undershirt just for added comfort. I would consider this notion when choosing a size.
