Just what you need for a diy fishing kayak. Price is right, tons of resources on line to help with installation.I ended up using a drill and jig saw to cut holes for these rod holders, worked great. Just need cut holes like an elips and not a round circle. Advise using a little silicone or sealant to help keep water out of your kayaks formed body.Worth the purchase if you are on a budget.

Used rivet rather then the screws. Product works well

Missing Screws

Got these for a cheap kayak, and work great. Aside from the logo, it's identical to the Pelican branded ones, and this one has thicker rubber basket material too.Yes, you have to drill a hole and make it oblong due to the angle. I don't understand how people leave bad reviews because they can't understand basic geometry, yet still, try to DIY holes in a kayak.
