Increased my energy, focus, mood, and motivation within one hour of first dose!
I tried this nootropic blend to combat issues with chronic fatigue and depression that were wrecking my productivity. I have to say I was skeptical after having had bad experiences with other nootropics before. However, from the first dose, Nooflow impressed me—and continues to impress.I do agree with other reviewers that Nooflow is under-dosed if you rely on the manufacturer's suggested 2 capsules a day (4 per day is the max). That's my only real complaint with the product. The packaging is nice, the capsules don't have a strong smell or taste, and the "best by" date on the bottle I received was almost two years in the future. It's manufactured in the USA.Depending on your body's needs, like me, you may need to supplement your Nooflow with caffeine throughout the day. Caffeine and Nooflow pair well together, since Nooflow has none in it.For caffeine, I suggest Zest Tea energy tea (Blue Lady orange-lemon-hibiscus flavor. It has triple the caffeine of regular black tea, tastes amazing (especially iced), and has 35-40mg of L-Theanine in it to smooth out the negative effects of its higher than normal caffeine payload. This supplements the 125 mg of L-Theanine that's already in Nooflow. Or you could go with whatever your favorite source of caffeine is.Here are my daily results so far with Nooflow (plus caffeine as stated above). Nothing in this review is medical advice and I am not a doctor. Since everyone responds to substances differently, your results may be better or worse than mine.Day 1 (testing the manufacturer's recommended 2 caps): Felt a nice, subtle boost to energy, focus, motivation, and mood. Noticed onset of boost about 30 minutes after taking with breakfast (around 9 am), with full effects in 60 minutes (same onset regardless of dose). However, the boost was gone by early afternoon (1-2 pm) and my fatigue was back—but my mood was still good and remained that way the rest of the day even if my energy didn't. Duration of main boost: 3-4 hours. Overall, I was pleased, but needed the effects to last longer. Decided to test 3 caps the next day.Day 2: Took 3 caps with breakfast around 9 am. Subtle onset again, then a noticeably bigger, longer-lasting boost than I got from taking 2 caps the day before. By noticeably bigger, I don't mean overwhelming, just that everything was obviously enhanced from what I'd noticed the day before by a factor of I'd say roughly double. The big boost kicked in by 10 am, then stayed with me into late afternoon (around 4-6 pm). My fatigue was under control on this dose (plus periodic caffeine as needed). So I'd say this dose's duration was good for 6-8 hours. Like the previous day, I noticed my mood remained elevated for the rest of the day after the other effects had worn off. I decided to stick with taking 3 caps for the best cost to benefit ratio; I don't want to burn through my supply too quickly or take more pills than needed. I'm guessing that based on my comparison between taking 2 caps a day versus 3 that I'd get an extra 2-3 hours' boost by taking 4. If I know I'll need to work those extra hours, I may try taking 4 on an "as needed" basis. My other concern with taking 4 is I wouldn't want it to interfere with my sleep schedule. On 2-3 caps, I have no problem falling asleep at my regular bedtime.Day 3: Everything good from Day 2 was replicated. Some afternoon fatigue.Day 4: Same, except no fatigue.Day 5: Noticed a substantial but not disastrous dip in mood, motivation, energy, and focus. Fatigue came on by mid-afternoon. Was still able to get the minimum workload done for the day.Day 6: First day off Nooflow. Not because I wanted to, but because it's recommended to cycle 5 days on, 2 days off to prevent building up a tolerance. My day was powered solely by caffeine instead of the combination of NF and caff. Noticed the absence of Nooflow and missed it, but overall, still a good, productive day. Minimal afternoon fatigue.Day 7: Day 2 off NF. Definitely noticed a substantial decrease in energy, focus, motivation, and mood. Struggled to be productive... was able to get things done, but it literally took me all day. Fatigue and depression were back all day, but not to the levels they were at before I began my Nooflow experiment. Still had to take a long afternoon break due to fatigue.Day 8: Cycled back onto NF (taking 3 caps) and immediately replicated all the success of my first day on 3 caps. Actually, despite a few annoying challenges life threw at me, this was my most productive day on it yet! Crushed all my goals. No fatigue.Day 9 (Today): So far, so good, which is why I feel it's safe to write this review and share my experiences. It's not a ton of data, but it's more than enough to convince me I'm better with Nooflow than without it. The fatigue I felt with Nooflow was mild and only became slightly problematic every other day as opposed to the moderate to severe bouts I was experiencing every 2 hours (and every single day!) before taking the product.I'll update this review if I run into any problems taking it down the road. But for now, Nooflow gets a big thumbs-up! It may not be a miracle in a bottle, but it's the closest thing I've found yet! Not just from the effects, but because I have not experienced any negative side effects while cycling on or off it... just shades of the same issues I had before taking it.Due to the product being under-dosed (at least for my needs) when taking the recommended 2 caps, I rate Nooflow a solid 4.5 stars instead of five. This is definitely a product I will continue to use as my doctors and I keep searching for the cause of my chronic fatigue. Nooflow has given me my life back! Not in a superhuman Bradley Cooper "Limitless" sort of way, but in a best possible me way, which is still pretty awesome. To put it in perspective, it puts me up a clear notch or two from where I used to be before the fatigue impacted my life (and I was super-productive in those days, so imagine how much more productive a notch or two above that is). 🙂For the price, Nooflow is well worth trying. Just be aware you may need to take more than the suggested 2 capsules, which can affect how often you need to reorder.UPDATE (July 14, 2020): As a test, I upped my dose to 4 capsules for the current 5-day cycle (ending today). I can happily report that taking 4 (the max) increased my energy, focus, and motivation another +10%, and my mood by +20%. This is major!I have managed to squeeze an extra hour or two of energy, focus, and motivation off the max dose as well (so it lasts about 8-10 hours instead of 6-8). But the best part is my mood stays great long after everything else runs out. Basically, unless I stub my toe or something like that, I'm happy, and even when things go wrong, I quickly revert back to happy again. It's like nothing can stop me. Great stuff!I should note that I have experienced mild headaches taking 4 caps. Not every day, but I did not experience this when taking 3. However, these headaches are easily knocked away with a couple of Tylenol. One of the things people warn you about when taking certain nootropics is headaches due to choline depletion. The choline in your brain gets used up faster than normal by the nootropics, so you have to supplement with a choline source like Cognizin Citicoline, CDP Choline, or Alpha-GPC. Nooflow contains Alpha-GPC, but apparently not quite enough when I up my dose to 4 caps per day. I just bought a bottle of Nootropics Depot Cognizin Citcoline, so will be adding that when I cycle back on Nooflow in two days. Will update this review again if anything changes.UPDATE (March 5, 2023): Been taking Nooflow now for almost 3 years! Eased back from 4 caps a day to 3 a few years ago. In late 2020, I did briefly experiment with sourcing the individual ingredients (from Nootropics Depot. This gave me slightly superior results (ND is great!), but sadly, at twice the price. Ouch! That made my experiment unsustainable. So I switched back to Nooflow since it's so much more cost-effective. Been happily using it ever since!UPDATE (September 19, 2024): Since my last update, I've been able to reduce my daily Nooflow dose to the minimum 2 capsules. I do notice a distinct drop in energy levels each week on the day I cycle off it to reset my tolerance levels. I more or less make up for this dip with a little extra caffeine.P.S.: Be sure to cycle off Nooflow at least one day a week (or even two consecutive days). This is to avoid building up a tolerance and compromising your results. Depending on your schedule, you might want to make Saturday and/or Sunday your day off to ensure you stay productive throughout your work week.Have a productive day!

Okay...I think I built up a resistance to them....
Okay this was my first nootropic and over all I was pleased I could notice a difference in my cognitive abilities. My attention and focus were noticably better. People commented this is basically a vitamin B blend of pills but who cares if it works. I think I did build up a tolerance too them maybe because over time I don't think they have been effective. Everyone's body is different so if you are thinking of purchasing this may not happen to you. I am trying other nootropics to see if I find one that works better. Overall though I would recommend because of all the nootropics I have tried this one does work the best.

Ive tried many Nootropic products and this one is right at my top 3 favorites. Value is awesome, performance is exceptional and unlike a few others no gut issues. I often experience some gut issues, but not with this brand.Love it....

This stuff works!
Title: Significant boost in motivation and creativity, logical thinkingI've tried a ton of nootropic compounds and (I think) all of the top brands. I liked a lot of them, some not so much, reviewed a few of them, and loved some of them but just can't keep justifying the cost of $80-$100 per bottle for some of the premium blends. Nooflow has tons of value and the results back up the science. I love that this stack is caffeine-free and doesn't disrupt coffee in the morning. The main benefits I get are a wont-take-no-for-an-answer motivation and focus to tackle tasks I've been procrastinating on and probably more importantly, a noticeable elevation in mood and ability to be more creative on the fly. Conversation comes a lot easier and laser focus until a challenge is complete. Just like writing this review. I'd better stop now or I'll keep typing for the next half hour. The science of the formula is great - instant effects and ongoing brain healing. I really love this stuff and am glad it's no on Amazon because buying on their website was never easy.

THIS is the focus supplement I've been looking for! FINALLY
Honestly, this is no different than natural Adderall without the side effects! Good grief this stuff is legit.MASSIVE FOCUS. INSANE MOOD BOOST. UNSTOPPABLE MOTIVATION.By the second day at work people were asking me what I was on, in a good way. LOL I couldn't stop wrapping up loose ends and was actually asking for more work to focus on. I couldn't be more impressed and that's saying a lot because it's been a real struggle for me to find a nootropic brain booster to do what Adderall used to do for me. Oh, and I love how "even" this is - no afternoon crash at all because it's stimulant-free.Two suggestions are: take three caps instead of two and take it with at least 150 mg of caffeine. Also, I noticed after 15 days that I needed a break. Took two days off, came back and wham! it was right back.THANK YOU NOOFLOW ABSOLUTE MIND!!!

Worked, the first time, then nothing...
The first time I took this, with coffee, I thought I felt an effect. Every subsequent time, absolutely nothing. I had high hopes for this product, even increased dosage as some suggested, cycled off and on as suggested, nothing. I have felt nootropics before so not sure what's up with this one.
