I bought this product in the hopes that I would be able to sit around a campfire at night and not have to worry about getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Ordinarily I'm one of those people that mosquitos all go after more than anyone else, and when I'm outside at night for any reason I usually get a ton of bites. It makes it very difficult for me to enjoy simple things like a campfire.When I wore this, it did stop me from getting as many bites as I ordinarily would, but there was no way I can stop the netting from being flush with my skin in a lot of places. Wherever that happened, it did nothing to stop mosquitos from biting me, so they just kept buzzing around until they found a part of me they could bite. I could see how this would protect people better when they're standing or moving around, but when you're sitting it's not very effective. Your mileage my vary.

It's a bit tight in the chest for a female that is not flat chested.....I ordered the larger size, but still very tight. Long arms not a problem due to elastic drawstring. Long top which is nice. I haven't done much activity while wearing it, but I know it would be warmer than without it. Still hard to feel safe from buzzing of the mosquitoes but as long as they are buzzing they are not biting. Would be great against black flies in early spring when temps are cooler and little buggers are out in full force.

This mosquito jacket is pure awesome! Had no problems keeping the mosquitos off me while I was working on clearing the underbrush on my property and the pants can pretty easily slip over shoes no problem, so I don't have to take off my shoes to don it. Seems like I started sweating a little bit (Warm humid Houston weather; pretty easy to sweat here when working hard.), but I don't know if that was due to the suit or just working on clearing out underbrush (Didn't seem like particularly hard work today, but it could've been enough to trigger some sweat.).

This suit came nicely packaged. It was shipped out and arrived on time. (Within two days, it was in my hands) The suit itself looks exactly like it is pictured. I worried it might be tight so I ordered a bigger size than I needed, but sizing is as expected so I could have ordered the correct size. I have not worn much yet....can't say if a mosquito can bite right thru or not yet but I can say my mother lives in a Mosquito swamp and wears a similar product at all times and swears by it.

this thing really does work I didn't use and spray and used this net only and never had one bite it is very lite and feels like nothing on at all and those lousy bloodsuckers never got a drop from me buy the suit it is worth it I just hope it holds up

This Mosquito Bug Net Jacket and Pants are great. I use it daily when I walk my dog in the woods where the mosquitoes are now beginning to appear after our short southern winter. I highly recommend this jacket and pants.

Kind of a PITA to put on and unless you're just sitting there doing nothing (or maybe walking/hiking) they just get in the way. On our AK trip we used them just once and then decided they weren't worth the hassle. Used Deet and Permethrin instead - probably not as healthy =-O

This does a good job of protecting my arms but I got bit multiple times on the back of both hands while wearing the mittens. Guess I'll have to go back to applying spray repellent. Ugh.

Great product but the head part isn't detachable unless you undo the stitches, however it's easy enough to just tuck into the back and forget about it.
