This thing is a piece of junk. If you're getting it for temp checks re: covid, just DON'T. It will have you in a constant state of anxiety, as one minute, it will say 108 degrees F, and 5 seconds later, 98.0, and then, 104.5....all from the exact same position. It is absolutely worthless.

Love this thermometer! It’s so easy to use and has a feature to switch from temp of a person to temp of items, like an air vent. I like that it is green when cool and red when hot on the screen background. The only thing I found is it is about 1 degree higher than my forehead temporal thermometer that rolls across the head. This thermometer has a trigger and requires no touch to the forehead.

Ordered 3 thermometers on 5-16-20 at $99 each while our office was closed due to COVID-19. In the office today, and the highest temperature reading on anyone is 93.7. Now the price is $59.99, and the product isn't eligible for return.

Hold it two inches from the forehead, squeeze, and get both a number and color coded temperature reading. Green means you're fine to go. Tested it with two other more traditional thermometers and was within 0.1 degree. Easy for our volunteers to use.

So bought this as my last thermometer died, had mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot. Really wish I hadn’t bothered to be honest. Absolutely useless! Ended up buying a different one which you use orally which gives a much more accurate result. My daughter had a temp of 38.9 (you could feel the heat coming from her) however with this useless bit of kit was only measuring 36.2. Checked on myself and I was 36.2 as were my other two children!So all in all don’t bother wasting your money! Seriously don’t be fooled like I was

We bought this hands-free thermometer like a lot of other people during the lockdown and it works as expected. However, the instructions are a bit ambiguous and the results not easy to understand, partly due to our unfamiliarity with normal body temperature expressed in Centigrade. There are virtually no controls on the unit apart from the trigger; there isn't even an on/off switch but it does seem to work which is why we bought it.

Initially wanted a solution for checking water temperature for a naturopathic bath. Most devices seemed baby oriented but this is much more versatile as it can be used on most objects, a cup of water, the body, etc. It’s also fun to point it at anything to get a temperature reading, which by my guess is fairly accurate. Only thing is it won’t show temperatures below zero but haven’t really had a real need for it. Very pleased with it.

Nothing to dislike. It does what it’s supposed to do. Easy to use , easy to read. Every home should have one particularly for children very useful. Recommended product and seller.
