Very moisturizing.

I had saved this item when i was looking for something soothing to give my sister-in-law for her cancer treatments. I came back to it when i started tretinoin. I figured if it worked that well for chemotherapy, it has to be good for the side effects of using tretinoin. In my first experience with Tret, i stopped because of the peeling and irritation. I wanted to start again and purchased this along with the hydrating gel. WOW! I am able to use tretinoin every other day with zero irritation! My creepy neck is gone and i know it's from this and not the tretinoin because tret doesn't work that fast. I'm so incredibly happy with my purchase!

The product did not appear to be a new product. All of the labels edges were dirty. The edges and sides of the lid and the lip of the jar next to the lid were filthy. There was not a protective seal covering the lid and the jar showing that it had not been opened. I felt this was either an extremely old product or was a used one.

This is the most nourishing moisturizer. A little goes a long way and my skin feels hydrated all day and also all night when used before bed. I highly recommend to those going through treatment or if you just need a very clean and safe product for your face. Huge fan of this entire line of products!

Because I was concerned about breakouts, I wanted something besides the greasier aquaphor recommended after chemo. I chose this product and was happy with the results. It went on easily over my blistered, peeling skin and soothed for a few hours at a time during healing phase of treatment. I deducted one star for price. For me, there were no ingredients in the hypoallergenic lotion that merited the cost.

I have been going through chemotherapy for tue past 4 years. I also take an organic agent called Cetuximab, which causes terrible rashes on my body and face. Especially under my beard. I have tried everything under the sun, and this is by far the best one.However, I think I might have received a returned product, because the bottle was dirty and the label seemed to have been peeled on the corner… that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5. For the price of these products I’d expect more care from the company.
