Always a good option if you have the diabetes!

This is by far the best tasting product we used for a low carb option when making lasagne.

Even though I saw the bad reviews about the lasagna noodles breaking in shipment, I wanted to give these a try to see how many of the 12 boxes would be usable. When we received the shipment, we sorted out all of the noodles where it appeared that lest than 10% of the noodle was broken off. We were able to assemble 9 boxes of these noodles. Then we collected the noodles that had more than 10% of the noodle broken off, but still appeared to be somewhat usable in a lasagna, and we were able to assemble 2 more boxes containing these noodles. The remaining pieces of broken noodles filled the final box (maybe these pieces will be usable in a spaghetti-like dish?) Therefore, for the one shipment of 12 boxes that we received, we were able to assemble 9 boxes of noodles that could reasonably be used in making lasagna, 2 boxes of noodles that might be marginal for use in making lasagna, and 1 box with lots of broken pieces of noodles. Please remember that this is a one time evaluation, and you might receive a shipment much worse or much better than this one. I hope this helps when when you try to decide whether to order this product.

Awesome pasta

Needed to put down some pavers so my lawn Man would stop weed eating they screen on my Lani. The turf & soil turned mulch quickly.

About half the noodles were too broken to use. I combined two boxes to get one Lasagna made. The flavor is great and they are as easy to cook as any other Lasagna noodles, but shipping isn't working.

The carbs in this pasta are absorbed at a slower rate than regular pasta. This means that your sugars won’t spike.That makes it fantastic for diabetics to eat.And this is one less food that you don’t have to deny yourself.

I have not even eaten this yet. It just arrived today all the way from El Paso Texas, and I'm in the far north country. I had to give it 5 stars because I was so delighted that each of the boxes in the case arrived with the noodles intact. Two boxes had bumps, but even those had complete lasagne noodles. I had heard so much negative about broken pieces that it scared me off for a while, but I asked myself, "Am I a man or am I a muppet," and took the plunge. 5 lovely grams of carbs per serving. Think of it! I can eat lasagne for the first time since I was declared a diabetic 16 years ago! I am just chortling and laughing inside!
