Extremely poor quality product!
It’s the worst kind of device I have come across on Amazon. It’s made from scrap material and everything from the screw to the so-called electronics inside are made only to deceive buyers. There are four screws to fix the device to the frame. However, due to poor quality material and improper threading not a screw remains in place. The metal sheet used for making the housing of the device is so sharp that it cuts into the palm deep if one is not careful. Also, there is practically nothing inside to talk about. A transformer and a little circuit to control the relay. That’s all. Again, due to dubious quality the transformer gets heated up only to burn the extremely thin wires used for drawing 220 volts and above. No sleeving and tagging of wires done. And the device at Rs.3000 is not cheap by any means. I came to know about all this after I received the product with only two screws instead of four and even those two screws were not properly in place. I had to struggle with the device to keep everything in place. I couldn’t return it because I made the mistake of opening the carton only after about 12 days. After I fixed it to the wall the device showed red light and I waited for the green light to come on. As I was looking at it the device pulled down the MCB. I opened it to find the phase wire touching the transformer body which has melted the wire. Strongly advise buyers not to go for it.
